Church Intranet Trinity has created an Intranet to help the church with internal communications. You can use the intranet to access planning information, internal documents and communications for the various Trinity ministries. If you are a member of Trinity you have access to the intranet. To access, you need a username and password. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address up to the @ sign. Your initial password is your last name. For example: If your e-mail address is:
johnsmith@yahoo.com If your e-mail address has a period in it, then discard the period and enter your username as one word. For example: If your e-mail address is:
john.smith@yahoo.com Once your sign into the intranet for the first time you should change your password. Instructions on how to change your password are on the first page. If you username and password combination does not work, then send an e-mail to the webmaster. All members have access to read general documents on the intranet. Ministry department heads have privileges to post new documents on the intranet. Thank you and God Bless! |
